By creating an account, accessing our website, or using any of our services (Generate, Builder, Analyzer, Image to Prompt, etc.), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Promptivea Inc.
2Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Promptivea. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
3Acceptable Use
You agree to use Promptivea only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

Your Content
You retain all ownership rights to the prompts and content you create using Promptivea. However, by using our services, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services.
6User-Generated Content
You are solely responsible for all prompts, text, images, and other content you submit to Promptivea. You represent and warrant that:
- • You own or have the necessary rights to submit the content
- • Your content does not violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights
- • Your content does not contain malware, viruses, or malicious code
- • You will not submit content that is illegal, offensive, or harmful
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate, without notice.
7Paid Services & Subscriptions
Promptivea may offer premium features, subscriptions, or paid services. By purchasing these services:
- • You agree to pay all applicable fees and charges
- • All payments are non-refundable unless required by law
- • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled
- • We may change pricing with advance notice

8Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
PROMPTIVEA IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
We do not guarantee that our services will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or meet your expectations. We are not responsible for:
- • Any damages, losses, or harm resulting from use of our services
- • Content generated by AI models or third-party services
- • Technical issues, downtime, or data loss
- • Actions taken based on prompts or content created using Promptivea
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PROMPTIVEA'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED $100 USD OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
9Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Promptivea Inc., its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- • Your use or misuse of Promptivea
- • Your violation of these Terms
- • Your infringement of any third-party rights
- • Any content you submit to the service
10Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Promptivea at any time, with or without notice, for:
- • Violation of these Terms
- • Suspicious, fraudulent, or illegal activity
- • Extended inactivity
- • Any other reason at our sole discretion
Upon termination, your right to use Promptivea will immediately cease. We may delete your account and data, though we may retain certain information as required by law.
